Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Home Well Solutions. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by effectively communicating with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our properties, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
key responsibilities:
- Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits
- Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market
- Analyze, check, maintain, and update property/client lists, leads distribution and CRM system
- Professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential
- Real estate sales experience is preferable but not essential
- Knowledge about Gurgaon real estate market will be a plus
- Persistent and proactive
- Excellent communicator with good negotiating skills
- Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
- No hesitancy in calling up people
- Computer literate
